About
What I do
I'm a product designer with a PM background. For almost five years now, I've been shipping complex products end-to-end across web, mobile, and embedded, drawing on hundreds of hours of user research and stakeholder conversations, and constantly learning new things about human behaviour.
How I lead
On most projects I'm not just doing my own design work: I lead the UI designer(s), and often a researcher, under my direction. Once the UX is settled I'm responsible for the visual direction, I run critique, I hold the work to the design system, and I see it through handoff so it ships as one finished product. On domain-heavy work I also onboard designers into the subject matter, getting them fluent in the engineering or compliance language before they design for it. Wearing the PM hat, I'm usually the person connecting users, client product and engineering, and my own design team — balancing what the system needs against what the user needs.
How I think
I came into design through cognitive science. That shows up in how I think about user behaviour, evidence over intuition, and the gap between what people say they do and what they actually do. Most of my work has been in domains where complexity matters, and where the design problem is preserving what experts rely on while making the product approachable to newcomers.
What I’m looking for
Currently based in Kraków and open to roles that take complex products seriously - remote, hybrid, or on-site. I'm an EU citizen (no work authorization needed anywhere in the EU), and I work in English.
